  19. Subject: Fax/Modem--Datatronics Discovery 2496AF

  21. Situation:

  23. You encounter problems when sending faxes with the Datatronics
  24. Discovery 2496AF fax/modem. The fax appears to transmit properly;
  25. however, the receiving station receives the header information only
  26. and occasionally the first line of text. If received, the first line
  27. stretches the length of the fax page, giving a bar code-like effect.

  31. You may not be using the latest firmware available for this fax/modem.
  32. You should contact Datatronics for information on updating your
  33. firmware.
